We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but to ensure an organized schedule and availability for all customers, OMD applies the following cancellation policy:

• Cancellations mademore than 24 hours in advanceof the scheduled time are free of charge and the tour can be rescheduled for another date, subject to availability.
• Cancellations madeless than 24 hours in advancewill incur a charge of50% of the cost of thescheduledtouror session.
• In case of a no-show (when the dog walker arrives at the address and is unable to perform the service because the owner is not there, the dog is not available, or there is no access to the key/condominium), 100% of the tour price will be charged.

To cancel or reschedule, the guardian must contact us by phone or WhatsApp, using the contact details provided on the website or in the appointment confirmation.
