OMD is designed to be simple for the owner and structured for the dog. The entire process, from the first contact to regular walks, is organized to ensure safety, clarity, and a consistent routine.

Walks are 30 minutes long, individual or in small groups (up to 3 dogs from the same home/owner), always with pick-up and drop-off at the agreed address.

Step by step to get started

  1. Initial contact

The owner contacts us (by phone, WhatsApp, or website form) indicating the area, type of dog, and preferred times. We will explain the services and packages available and answer any basic questions.

  2. Getting to know the dog and gathering information

Before starting the walks, a short record of the dog is made: age, breed, energy level, health, vaccinations, behavior with people and other dogs. Preferred routes, pick-up point, and important details (e.g., fears, use of a harness, etc.) are also agreed upon.

  3. Scheduling walks

We determine whether the owner prefers individual walks, a weekly or monthly package, as well as fixed days and times. The schedule is organized to maintain a routine, respecting the dog's well-being and the logistics of the area (Cascais, Estoril, Parede, and Carcavelos).

  4. Walks with updates to the owner

On each walk, the dog is picked up at home and taken on a route suited to its profile (calmer, more active, etc.). The owner receives photos or videos and a brief summary with information such as the route, mood, and needs met.

  5. Continuous routine and adjustments

Over time, the route, frequency, and type of package can be adjusted according to the dog's response and the guardian's schedule. The goal is to create a stable, safe, and predictable routine that improves the dog's daily life and gives the guardian peace of mind.
